Silk screening/Pad printing
The ink is transferred to the surface of the substrate through the mesh of the screen by the scraper squeezing. The non-pattern area on the screen is blocked, and only the pattern area leaks ink.
The pattern ink on the gravure is transferred to the surface of the substrate through the silicone head, which is divided into three steps: "inking on the gravure → taking ink with the silicone head → transferring to the workpiece".
Hot stamping
The hot stamping foil (including metal foil and pigment foil) is transferred to the surface of the substrate through high temperature + pressure. When the foil is heated, the adhesive layer melts and the pattern adheres to the surface.
Laser
The laser beam is used to directly burn or vaporize the surface of the material, forming a permanent mark (color change, dent or coating peeling) through energy focusing.
UV Printing/Heat Transfer
The UV ink is sprayed onto the surface of the substrate through a nozzle, and then irradiated with a UV lamp, and the photosensitizer in the ink is cured to form a coating.
Heat transfer printing is a popular decorative printing method that transfers pre-printed patterns from transfer media (e.g., transfer paper/film) onto the surface of substrates via heat and pressure, with the pattern firmly adhering after cooling.
